Disclaimer
Effective date: August 25, 2026
Everyday Works provides organizational tools, educational content, personal-experience content, planners, printables, and general information. This Disclaimer applies to the website, blog, downloads, newsletters, mobile apps, social content, and related Services.
1. General information only
Content is provided for general informational and organizational purposes. It is not individualized professional advice and does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, dietitian-client, lawyer-client, accountant-client, financial-adviser, travel-agent, emergency-service, or other professional relationship. Your circumstances may differ from examples or suggestions.
You are responsible for evaluating information, checking current official sources, and obtaining advice from a qualified professional when a decision could materially affect health, safety, legal rights, money, travel, caregiving, or another person.
2. Health, nutrition, and mental-wellness information
Moody Meals, Forget Me Not, and related content may help you record meals, moods, symptoms, medications, medical history, questions, or patterns. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease or condition; provide a medical record certified by a health-care provider; determine allergies or medication safety; or replace professional care.
Patterns displayed by an app may reflect incomplete entries, coincidence, technical limitations, or other factors. Do not start, stop, or change medication, treatment, diet, supplements, or care based only on an app or Everyday Works content. Consult an appropriately licensed health professional.
If you believe someone may be in danger, experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, having a severe allergic reaction, or considering self-harm, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately. Do not wait for a response from Everyday Works.
Everyday Works is generally a consumer software and content business, not a HIPAA-covered health-care service. Do not assume information entered into a consumer app has the same legal status or protections as information in a health-care provider’s medical record. Our privacy commitments and applicable consumer privacy laws still apply.
3. Recordkeeping and identity information
Forget Me Not and other planners may organize identification, insurance, contact, medication, appointment, or document information. They are not official identity documents, insurance records, prescriptions, medical charts, or government systems. Verify critical information against the original source. Keep secure backups and limit access. Never use an app as the only copy of information needed during an emergency.
4. Parenting, caregiving, and child-related content
Notes from the Nest and related content support planning and communication. They do not determine what is safe, developmentally appropriate, medically appropriate, or legally required for a child or dependent adult. A responsible adult must supervise use, make final decisions, obtain needed permissions, and consult qualified professionals when appropriate.
5. Travel and location content
Plan in Place and related content may help organize itineraries, confirmations, destinations, and travel documents. Everyday Works does not control carriers, lodging, borders, weather, safety conditions, closures, prices, government rules, or third-party bookings. Confirm reservations, entry requirements, identity documents, health requirements, accessibility needs, advisories, and timing with current official sources. Location features can be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate.
6. Legal, financial, employment, and business content
Checklists, templates, blog posts, and examples are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, employment, or business advice. Laws, benefits, filing rules, and contract requirements vary and change. Consult a qualified adviser before relying on content for a significant decision or filing.
7. Results and testimonials
Examples, testimonials, personal stories, reviews, and before-and-after descriptions reflect individual experiences, not promises. Everyday Works does not guarantee savings, organization, improved health, reduced stress, relationship results, travel outcomes, income, sales, audience growth, or any other result. Your outcome depends on factors beyond our control.
8. Accuracy and updates
We try to provide useful content, but information can become incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. We do not promise that every error will be corrected or that content will remain available. Dates, prices, links, features, availability, and third-party rules may change after publication.
9. External links and affiliate content
Links to third-party websites, products, services, or resources are provided for convenience or context. Everyday Works does not control them and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, claims, or performance. Some links may be affiliate links that generate compensation; see the Affiliate Disclosure. Compensation does not convert a third party’s product into an Everyday Works product or warranty.
10. Limitation and mandatory rights
Your use of the Services is subject to the warranty disclaimers and liability limits in the Terms of Use. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
